Abstract

These Rules, made under the Agriculture and Livestock Improvement Ordinance, require a permit to be obtained for ownership, having in possession or under control of male animals, i.e. a bull, stallion donkey, ram, male uncastrated goat or boar. The permits shall be issued by a Board consisting of the Chief Agricultural and Natural Resources Officer. Animals for which no permit is issued.
