Section 10 empowers the Lieutenant Governor in Council to make regulations including; the establishment of a system to register brands; the types or classes of livestock that must be branded within an area of British Columbia; dealings in livestock and hides; brand inspection and movement of livestock and hides and meat; preservation of livestock identification systems; maintenance of various records and registration; fees for registration, licences, inspection or other services under this Act or the regulations; and compliant procedures.
