It is divided up into 9 sections as follows: 1 Short title; 2 Interpretation; 3 Livestock Health Services Advisory Body; 4 Livestock health services board; 5 Funds from Province; 6 Agreements; 7 Dissolution of board; 8 Regulations and 9Veterinary assistance boards continued. A municipal council may establish a livestock health services board for the purpose of obtaining livestock health services. Then the Livestock Health Services Advisory Body shall; (a) periodically review the functioning of livestock health services in the Province; (b) have access to records kept by boards; (c) advise boards respecting the carrying out of their functions; (d) make recommendations to the Minister respecting the criteria for practice zones and practice centres; (e) make recommendations respecting the amounts of payments to veterinarians; and (f) make recommendations to respecting amounts to be paid to boards by the Governor in Council.
