Abstract The present Regulations enact the Agricultural Credit Corporation Act of Saskatchewan. Section 3 decrees that the livestock drought loan programme is established. The purpose of the programme is to assist participants in obtaining eligible loans to maintain eligible livestock and, for that purpose, approved loans are deemed to be loans governed by sections 9 to 12 and 14 to 15.1 of the above-mentioned Act.
