The Regulations cover notification of livestock diseases (Part 2), identification of livestock (Part 3), introduction of livestock into Victoria (Part 4), testing for diseases (Part 5) and prevention of spread of diseases (Part 6). They also cover compensation (Part 7), record of sales (Part 7A), licences and enforcement.
