Abstract The present Regulations enact the Animal Products Act. Section 3 establishes that no person shall, except under the authority of a licence issued pursuant to the present Regulations, carry on business or operate as: a) a livestock dealer; b) a livestock agent; or c) a livestock dealer’s branch. Section 5 outlines the application procedure for obtaining such a licence.
