Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the marking of animals. Section 2 establishes that an application for the initial registration, renewal of registration, transfer of registration or re-registration of a brand and brand location, shall be on a form approved by the minister, contain or, be accompanied by, the information required by the registrar and be accompanied by the fee set out in the Schedule. The text contains 18 sections and 1 Schedule listing fees for registration of brands and related services.
