Abstract

The present Regulations provide for the enforcement of the Canada Agricultural Products Act. In particular, the lay down provisions relating to grading of livestock and poultry carcass. The text deals with the following issues: administration, application, grading certificate, marking, trade, seizure and detention, fees, grade names and grade standards for beef carcasses, grade names and grade standards for poultry carcasses.
