Abstract

This List, based on the provisions of the Law on management of electrical and electronic equipment and waste electrical and electronic equipment, determines the equipment to which the measures for prohibition and restrictions for placing on the market in the Republic of Macedonia of electrical and electronic equipment do not refer, as well as the maximum values for concentration of dangerous substances, the deadlines by which the presence of certain dangerous substances in electrical and electronic equipment is allowed, its components and materials (given in the Annex of this publication).
