Abstract

The present Act provides, inter alia, for the establishment of the “Yukon Liquor Corporation”. Section 8 lists the powers of this Corporation, such as for example, to determine the classes, varieties, and brands of liquor to be kept for sale at liquor stores; or to inquire into any matter relating to or arising from the operation of this Act. The text consists of 119 sections.
