Abstract

This Act amend and consolidate the law relating to the manufacture and sale of intoxicating liquor, to repeal the Intoxicating Liquor Act and the Traditional Beer Act. The Act is organised in thirteen Parts and a Shedule. After a first, preliminary, Part the second Part is dedicated to the administration issues concerning the definition of the licencing areas and the licencing officers (eligibility, functions, compensation, meetings etc.).
