Abstract The present Act lays down provisions relating to the Liechtenstein Kraftwerke (LKW). In particular, article 1 establishes that the LKW, a public institution, are responsible for the supply of electrical energy for the whole Principality of Liechtenstein. As producer and supplier of energy, the LKW provide since 1924 light, heat and movement in Liechtenstein.
