Abstract This Law provides for the status of the Company "Liechtenstein Gas Supply" (LGV) as an independent institution under public law with its own legal personality. The Company; including others; is in charge of the generation, procurement, transport, distribution, storage and delivery of and trade in gas and pipeline-bound thermal energy (heat, cold) in Germany and abroad.The Company has a supply mandate to fulfil in accordance with gas market legislation and within the framework of legislation on national economic supply. The Law further provides for the organisation, tasks, management and auditor. The LGV is subject to the supervision of the Government. The Law consists of 5 Sections as follow: General Provisions (1); Organisation (2); Business Rules (3); Oversight (4); Final Provisions (5).
