Abstract

This Order concerns a requirement to obtain a certificate by the food authority (in Scotland, a local authority) in order to be granted a street vendor's licence. The certificate must state that the vehicle, kiosk or moveable stall for which a licence is requested complies with such requirements as the Scottish Ministers may specify. A part of those (Community-imposed) requirements are listed in Schedule 2 to the Food Hygiene (Scotland) Regulations 2006.
