The Authority shall have a Director who shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority. The Authority may grant, renew, suspend or revoke licences required under the present Act and attach conditions to licences granted. No person shall engage or carry on any activity, profession, trade or business specified in Schedule 1, or keep, use or possess animals, goods, vehicles or vessels specified in Schedule 2, or keep or manage premises specified in Schedule 3, without a licence granted by the Authority (sect. 16).
