Abstract

This regulation implements the Beef Cattle Marketing Act by setting the value of the relevant licence fees to be paid under the Act. Section 8 provides for exemption from payment of the fees for cattle when, among others, to the time of the sale, the cattle is owned by a person who does not reside in Ontario.
