Abstract

La presente Ley establece la inspección y control de sustancias alimenticias y bebidas, quedando sujetos a tales procedimientos: el comercio de materias alimenticias y bebidas y la inspección post-mortem en los mataderos; el comercio de papeles, aparatos, utensilios y vasijas que se relacionen con la alimentación; y el comercio de materias colorantes, pinturas, jabones, cosméticos, juguetes, máscaras y objetos de uso personal y doméstico, que, por su aplicación, puedan afectar a la higiene.
