Abstract

La presente Ley Orgánica de Hidrocarburos norma las actividades de los hidrocarburos en el territorio nacional, promoviendo su desarrollo sobre la base de la libre competencia y el libre acceso a la actividad económica con la finalidad de lograr el bienestar de la persona humana y el desarrollo nacional.
