Abstract

This article of the Indiana Code concerns levees, dams, and drainage. More specifically, it provides for control of levees; levee associations and federal loans; levee authority in Vanderburgh County; regulation of levees, dikes, and floodwalls; regulation of dams; lease of Williams Dam; drainage districts; and powers of certain drainage corporations.
