Abstract

This Legislation is composed of 64 articles. It provides for the procedures and administrative issues that deal with the suppy and trade of all kinds of commodities, industry and construction materials, corn bread, rice flour, meat, potatoes, sugar yarn and cotton textiles. It explains in details all Restrictions on the production and circulation of these materials or consumption including distribution licenses issued by the Ministry of Supply. It imposes restrictions on the transfer and the transportation of the commodities. This Legislation puts strict restrictions for licenses' requests as well as for the establishment of shops and new trade industries.
