Abstract

This Decree sets out the rules for the recognition and protection of new varieties of plants. In terms of Article 1 national norms on intellectual property will be applied to new varieties of plants. All rights, except the right of the creator are alienable and transmittable. The breeder is the person that has created or found and developed the variety.
