Abstract

According to article 1, the unauthorized use on labels of the designation of origin for extra vergin olive oil and virgin olive oil is punished with a pecuniary sanction. Packaging and marketing of extra vergin olive oil and virgin olive oil without the indication of the producer will be sanctioned. Establishments that avoid official checks and do not respect the required oil quantities will be also sanctioned. (1 article)
