Abstract

This Legislative Decree establishes the penalties applicable in the field of marketing within the European Union and import from or export to third countries of fresh fruit and vegetables. The penalties are to be applied in case of infrigement of Community provisions in force, particularly those laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 1148/2001.
