This Legislative Decree entered into force on 14 September 2012.
Abstract

This Legislative Decree lays down certain derogations in respect of provisions of Act No. 1096 of 1971 as regards the marketing of fodder plant seed mixtures intended for use in the preservation of the natural environment. It establishes the requirements to be fulfilled by directly harvested preservation mixtures and crop-grown preservation mixtures. It also lays down provisions on quantitative restrictions to marketing and labelling on packages and containers of preservation mixtures.
