Abstract This Legislative Decree lays down some amendments and addenda to Legislative Decree No. 152 of 2007, which sets out rules for the prevention and reduction of harmful effects of arsenic, cadmium, nickel and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons on human health and the environment. The amended provisions deal with the target value for the concentration of such substances, the methods and criteria to be followed for assessing those concentrations as well as the report of relevant information.
