Abstract This Legislative Decree amends Legislative Decree No. 12 of 1980 as follows: (a) addition of new terms and definitions to Article 1; (b) the words “Minister of Trade and Agriculture” shall replace the words “Minister of Works and Agriculture”; (c) prohibition of digging wells in the zones of Addamam, Arrass and Umm Arradma; (d) owners of wells and pools will have 6 months to settle their position concerning the installation of the necessary equipment for measuring the flux of water; and (e) owners of wells and pools will have 1 month for registering wells and pools.
