Legislative Decree n. 145 from 15 September 2017 on the obligatory labelling (place of production and address of the production site or, and/or packaging site if different).

This Decree sets the rules regarding the mandatory labelling practices for foodstuff, in accordance with various European Union Act (Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 that guarantees the correct and complete information to the consumer and the traceability of the food by the control bodies, as well as for the protection of the health; and other as listed in the text), and closely regards the necessary indication of food origin, its processing location and/or packaging site if different from the original production and/or processing site.
