Abstract

This decree determines the methods of financing official controls and other official activities carried out to ensure the application of the legislation concerning food and food safety, materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, feed, animal health, animal by-products and derived products, animal welfare, release in trade and use of phytosanitary products, in implementation of regulation (EU) 2017/625.
