Abstract

This Decree sets up the border control posts of the Ministry of Health responsible for carrying out official controls on consignments destined for import into the European Union in the sectors of referred to in Article 1, paragraph 2, letters a), c), d), e) and f), of Regulation (EU) no. 2017/625 (food and feed safety, animal health and welfare) to verify compliance with European Union legislation.
