Abstract This Act established the Le Morne Heritage Trust Fund as a body corporate, defines its functions and provides for its internal organization. The principal object of the Fund shall be to preserve and promote the historical, cultural, environmental and ecological aspects of Le Morne, a site the coordinates of which are set out in Part A of the Schedule to this Act. The Fund shall be administered and managed by the Le Morne Heritage Trust Fund Board. The Board shall also regulate and administer activities within Le Morne.
