The Law requires the allocation of 1.5 billion dollars from the National Development Fund for investment in the agricultural sector to increase the employment rate in rural areas. The financial resources subject to this Law should be used for non-governmental projects in agriculture, natural resources, mining, information technology, tourism, handicrafts, handmade carpets and services in rural and nomadic areas.
