Any person who interferes in any way in the operation of the machines calculating consumption of water, electricity and gas, shall be subject to nominated penal under this Law. In the case of non payment of the utility bills, the relevant service shall be ceased until clearance of the outstanding debts by the users. This Law provides for maintenance of permanent and provisional branches for use of utility services. Any dispute related to this Law shall be referred to the public courts. This law consists of 7 Articles and is ratified by the Parliament.
