Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to water. In particular, its purpose is to regulate waterworks, water usage and water protection to all public and private groundwaters and surface waters. The text consists of 98 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Division of waters, plans (2); Safety measures and regeneration of waters (3); Use of waters (4); Protection of waters (5); Financing (6); Implementing regulations (7); Transitional and final provisions (8); One Annex is enclosed.
