The Law shall be applied to genetic resources and traditional knowledge related to genetic resources from foreign countries that are Member States to the Nagoya Protocol of 29 October 2010 on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity.
