Abstract This Law establishes the “Una” National Park, regulates related issues of protection, promotion and use of the National park "Una", including offenses and administrative measures for non-compliance with the provisions here prescribed. All natural values in the area of this National Park are natural values of federal importance. The following is being established in Una National Park: a) area of strict and targeted protection, b) an area of directed development that includes an area within the boundaries of a National Park that is not covered by a zone of strict and targeted protection. Zones are determined in parts of the area of strict and targeted protection: zone A (agriculture and forestry are allowed here); zone B (fishing, fish farming and rafting are allowed here).
