Abstract This Law regulates the handling and treatment of cross-border traffic and trade in specimens of wild animals and plants and their parts and/or derivatives. The Law is divided into nine Chapters and 47 articles. Titles of Chapters are as follows: (I) General provisions; (II) Competent authorities; (III) Marking; (IV) Cross-border traffic and commercial use of examples; (V) Permits and certificates; (VI) Dealing with examples; (VII) Supervision; (VIII) Misdemeanor provisions; and (IX) Transitional and final provisions.
