This Law enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law regulates the conditions and manner of production, processing and marketing of tobacco and fermented tobacco (on the territory of the Republic of Serbia), as well as the production, sorting and transport of tobacco products and keeping of related registers, evidence lists and other records; also determines the types of data on the composition and labelling issues for tobacco products.
