Abstract

This Law may be cited as the Water Management (Amendment) Act 2012 and shall be read together with the Act Water Management 2010 and 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Basic Law'). This law may be referred to collectively as the rules on the Water Management laws of 2010 and 2012. Minor amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings, specifying that Subsection (1) of article 6 (first to fourth line) of the Basic Law shall be replaced with the following paragraph: "Functions and powers of the Director. Article 116 of the Basic Law is amended as follows: (A) by the addition in subsection (2) after the number (1), the phrase "and subject to the provisions of Article 16 of the Protection and Management of Nature and Wildlife Law, as amended by the Annexes of the Protection and Management of Nature and Wildlife Law Decree 2007"; (B) by adding subsection (3) after the word "Director", the phrase "subject to the provisions established by article 16 of the Protection and Management of Nature and Wildlife Act, as amended by the Annexes of the Protection and Management of Nature and Wildlife Law Decree 2007".
