This Law entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law regulates the unique manner of determining, recording or registering and collecting data on mineral resources and groundwater reserves of interest. This text also sets out the rules as regards the elaboration of the balance percentage report of such reserves present on observed territory or area (Chapter III, Elaboration of balances of reserves of mineral raw materials and groundwater).
