Abstract This Law provides conditions by which compensation for restrictions on economic activities in protected territories established by the State or local governments shall be granted and the procedures for granting such compensation. Compensation granted for restrictions on economic activities in protected territories shall be divided as follows: (a) reimbursement; and (b) exchange of a land parcel situated in a protected territory to an equivalent land parcel owned by the State or local government.
