Abstract: This Law officially adopts/ratifies the Agreement on the taking of loans, loans, financial assistance and supplement contract, between the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association and Republic of Montenegro and Republic of Serbia, as regards the Republic of Montenegro (closely related to the national development and Agency of the Global Environmental Facility; financing the Montenegro Environmentally Sensitive Tourist Areas Project).
