Abstract

This Law regulates protected reporting, in the public and private sector, for protection of the public interest, the rights of whistleblowers, as well as the actions and duties of institutions, i.e. legal entities in relation to protected reporting and whistleblower security protection. The whistleblower, under the terms here provided, shall make a protected report as regrads the institution or legal entity, for where he has a suspicion or knowledge that a criminal offense has been committed, is being committed or will be committed, or something else illegal or impermissible conduct that violates or endangers the public interest.
