This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law, in order to protect human life and health, establishes several measures for the prevention and eradication of drug abuse, the conditions for drug production and trafficking, transport, storage, inspection and reporting, including the necessary rules aimed at providing the specific technical assistance to drug addicts and other issues of importance for the prevention of drug abuse (human health, population health).
