Abstract The purpose of this Law is to protect the national territory against hazardous waste, including explosives, flammable liquids and solids, combustible or radioactive substances, toxic substances, oxidants, corrosives and organic peroxides. Importing hazardous waste for use, storage, temporary storage or destruction shall be prohibited.
