Entry into force notes

This Law enters into force on the day of the Croatian entrance into the European Union.

Abstract

This Law adopts the complete implementation of the Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals into the Croatian current and valid legislation and its effective standards and requirements application terms.
