This Law enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law determines that the Government of the Republic of Croatia shall exercise its executive governance power in accordance with the national Constitution and in accordance with the terms here laid down. This text regulates the powers and duties of the national government, including the administrative hierarchy. In the exercise of executive power, the Government determines, directs and coordinates the implementation of policies and programmes, and for that purpose proposes and adopts strategies, provides guidelines, adopts acts and takes other measures necessary to regulate relations in its area of competence.
