Abstract

The present Law implements the Environment Frame Act of 29 June 1990. Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes the Institute for release of remediation responsibility in view of contaminated sites. The Institute is competent for decisions on application on release of remediation responsibility in view of contaminated sites. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Establishment, tasks (1); Organization (2); Economics and accounting (3); Supervisions and incentives (4); Final provisions (5).
