The present Law enters into force on 1 January 2006.
Abstract

The present Law regulates the cultivation and transfer of hemp and hemp products. The cultivation of hemp is allowed provided that it is not of a narcotic nature. Article 2 establishes that the cultivation of hemp shall be notified to the competent authority. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Cultivation (A); Transfer (B); Further provisions (C).
