I p. 603). In particular, article 1 deals, inter alia, with the application of the Federal Immission Protection Act (BGBl. I p. 603). Article 2 establishes that the Ministry of the Interior is authorized to issue external alarm and emergency plans for establishments or plants being at risk. The text consists of 3 articles.
