Abstract This Law regulates the structure and activity of the Bulgarian Center for food chain risk assessment, and sets out the duties and powers of its organs. The Center for food chain risk assessment is a state budget-supported legal entity, under the management of the national Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry.
